Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates, P.L.L.C. are a group of surgeons dedicated to providing excellence in medical and surgical care to our patients in an atmosphere of comfort, competence and warmth. We are specialists in the field of Orthopedic, Arthroscopic, Hand and Spine Surgery, Sports Medicine and Fracture Care.  All of us are graduates of US medical schools and board certified by our respective boards. All of us accept new patients gladly. Certain insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider. Let us know if we can assist you in getting a referral if needed. You or your primary care physician can request an appointment from our Contact Us link and our new patient intake forms are located on our menu to the right.  You can print these and fill them out at your leisure prior to your first appointment.  The two forms needed are our Patient History Form and Patient Information Form.
