Michael Neitzel - Administrator
Michael Neitzel has been in health care administration since 1999. Before becoming the Administrator for Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates in 2001, he managed a multi-specialty group in Idaho. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as well as the WAMGMA and is a Board Member of the Tri Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Kristy - Front Office Supervisor
Kristy joined BFOA as Front Office Supervisor in 2006. She previously worked out at Hanford for five years as an Administrative Assistant with three years as an Office Supervisor. Before working at Hanford she worked for six years at Lourdes Medical Center as a receptionist and billing clerk. She is married with three children and 3 grandchildren.
Connie - Billing & Medical Records Supervisor
Connie began working for Dr. Burgdorff and Dr. Thiel in August of 1988. Previous to that she worked for Blue Cross of Idaho for 7 years. As a practice we began with 3 surgeons in a very small office to a group of 11 providers working in a big beautiful office now known as Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates. She enjoys working with the billing and medical records department, coordinating surgery schedules and helping patients. Through the years she has developed the utmost respect and admiration for the physicians at BFOA and appreciates the care and compassion they give their patients.
Rebecca RN- Nursing Supervisor
Rebecca joined BFOA in February 2009, has worked previously in labor and delivery, emergency department and Hospice. She moved to the Tri-Cities form Denison, Iowa in 1992. She is married with a combined total of 7 children and 11 granddaughters with the 12th granddaughter expected in February 2011.
Sudha - Admin Supervisor
Sudha joined BFOA in October 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. Since moving to the Tri-Cities in 1993 where she has always worked in the medical field. Prior to that she worked for the California Department of Corrections in various positions for 8 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Education which she received in 1978 from the University of Calcutta, India.
Lynda - Dr. Fischer's Office Supervisor
Lynda has worked for Dr. Fischer since February 1987 and joined BFOA in August 2004 when Dr. Fischer became a Member. She was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and is married with two children, anxiously awaiting grandchildren. She enjoys watching all sports - football, hockey and tennis especially. She has enjoyed coming to work every day for 23 years, helping patients receive excellent medical care and looks forward to many years to come.
