Office Hours
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Fridays from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. To schedule your appointment, please call us at (509) 582-6335.
What To Wear?
Wear comfortable clothes to work out in. Please make the site of the injury accessible for the therapist to evaluate (i.e. if you have a shoulder issue, wear loose or sleeveless shirt; with a knee problem, wear shorts or warmups). Tennis shoes are strongly recommended.
How Long Are Appointments?
For your initial visit expect to be here for an hour. The therapist will evaluate your injury asking questions to better understand your current condition. Be prepared to start light strengthening exercises or stretching for range of motion. You may receive a home exercise program.
For follow up appointments, remember your proper work out attire for the gym. These appointments may last 45 minutes to an hour.
Please take all prescribed medications prior to physical therapy as directed by your physician. For further questions, please contact your doctor.
